On the Road Again

We’re back on the road! Thanks to Kaiser Permanente, East Bay Regional Park District, Lake County, California and investors who have hung with us through some very tough economic times, Doug and the crew are on the road and on the air, once again. The work of Doug, Dan Herz, Stefan Reunzel, M’Gee Johnston, Dave Vandergriff, Nick Asbill, Chris Lehmann, Michael Shaw, Stephen Silver and Paul Swensen can be seen, in the Bay Area, on KQED, Mondays @ 7:30 PM. In the fall of 2009, thanks to the efforts of our pals at KQED, we’ll be on the air in cities all over the country. We’ll keep you posted on our progress. I am elated to find you again Doug. I have My Saterdays were built around the show, it was my favorite. Now you are back, new time, new day, but same face, voice and content I thrive on. Travel, exploring. Seeing new places. I am so gratefull to your sponsors and KQED.

Many thanks for your kind thoughts…and I’m really glad you like the show. It’s great to be up and running again in a terrific Public TV environment. KQED has been an excellent partner. We’re still out there trying to raise more underwriting support to keep the series in production for the long run…..but at least we’re underway. Monday night we’re off to Hawaii. Hi Doug, I am so glad to hear your friendly voice coming from the TV again.I was channelsurfing and came across the 8/5 show tonight. I have fond,happy memories of visiting the “Elvis” museum in Vegas.Thanks for showing it! If your interested in America West and it’s beauty, check out the “Wolf Refuge” site in Sparks,NV.We volunteer and camp there to help the Wolves-mix that people have unsuccessfully tried to domesticate.Take care and will cont.watching!!-Courtney
